MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The mentorship program is a peer program in which members receive one-on-one and group mentoring directly from our executive board. Through exclusive events and mentorship activities, we provide each mentee with tangible skills that can help them pinpoint their next career and be successful as a post graduate.

Mentors and mentees are paired through a variety of traits such as year, major, and career interests. All mentors work throughout the semester to help their mentees achieve their goals whether it be an internship, job or networking tips.

Want to join our mentorship program? We recruit every Fall and Spring semester. All mentees will be paired with a member of the exec board along with 3 or 4 other mentees. Weekly activities will be done and scheduled by your mentor.
