Kailyn Letts

Kailyn is currently a senior majoring in Marketing with minors in Communication and Hospitality, graduating in Spring of 2024. She joined AMA her freshman year, staring as the Case Competition Copywriter. Finding a passion for this organization, Kailyn went on to hold the positions of VP of Communications and Membership in 2021, Executive Vice Present in 2022 and now the current President for the 2023 school year. Outside of AMA Kailyn is a sister of Phi Mu and was the VP of Operations last year as well. She has interned for Hillel and Broward Health Foundation, learning about different aspects of the marketing industry. Kailyn enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing and looks to pursue a career in Marketing Strategy. She is so excited to serve AMA FSU this year and looks forward to the countless opportunities ahead!

Karly Cantrell
Executive Vice President

Karly Cantrell is a senior at Florida State University pursuing a dual degree in Finance and International Affairs with a concentration in Economics. She is expected to graduate in Spring 2024. After her time as the Vice President of Membership where she played a key role in the organization's recruitment and retention efforts, Karly now serves as the current Executive Vice President. Outside of AMA, Karly leads the College of Business Student Leadership Council, is a Teaching Assistant for the Engage 100 class for business underclassmen, and is an active consultant in the FSU Consulting Group. With these leadership roles and hands-on experience, Karly is excited to continue her journey into the consulting industry post-graduation.

Cate Glover

Cate Glover is a senior majoring in marketing and business management and will be graduating from Florida State University in the Spring of 2024.  Cate has been involved in AMA for a couple years, starting as director of recruitment and now serving as the VP of Membership, and is excited to build a community for students with similar interests in marketing and the business world in general.

Kathryn Park

Kathryn Park is a dedicated junior at Florida State University, where she is passionately pursuing her studies in Marketing. In the fall of last year, Kathryn became a proud member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and quickly made her mark. Her initial role as the Director of Campus Outreach provided her with the opportunity to connect with a diverse array of individuals across campus. Kathryn’s dedication and enthusiasm did not go unnoticed, and she was recently appointed as the Vice President of Programming within AMA. This new role has been a significant milestone in her academic journey, and she is immensely grateful for the trust and responsibility vested in her. Kathryn Park’s journey is one of continuous growth, and she is excited to embrace all the opportunities and learning experiences that lie ahead.

Robbie Fishbein

Robbie is a second-year marketing student at FSU from Margate City, NJ. He currently serves as our chapter’s VP of Finance where he oversees all budgeting, fundraising, and spending activities. In his free time he loves going hiking and camping, and also going to FSU football games. After graduating, Robbie hopes to go on to graduate school to pursue a PhD in Marketing and become a professor.

Lauren Sparling

Lauren Sparling is a senior majoring in marketing and digital media productions. She started her involvement with AMA her sophomore year as a Case Competition Director and is now on her second year on the executive board. Outside of AMA, Lauren is a member of the student senate, on the board of trustees for the FSU Student Foundation, and has worked as a marketing intern for the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship for the last year.

VP of Seminole Solutions
Sam Rautenstrauch

Sam is a Senior double majoring in Management and Professional Sales, with a minor in environmental science. He began working with AMA and Seminole solutions as an account coordinator in 2022, and enjoyed working with his team and clients to deliver marketing solutions. He went on to become VP of seminole solutions this year, and has formed new partnerships with some of Seminole Solutions’ largest clients yet. Beyond AMA, Sam is involved in the sales program, and club sports on campus. Sam is looking forward to continuing to forge partnerships with companies ,and help students gain real world marketing experience.

Jayson Pietz

Jayson is a senior from Orlando, FL who is majoring in Marketing here at FSU. He is currently in charge of planning for our upcoming conference as well as other events on both the local level and national level. Outside of AMA, Jayson has had two marketing internships where he earned valuable experience working directly with clients on various different projects. When he’s not with AMA, you can find him helping out at his local church and cheering for his favorite sports teams. Jayson is looking to journey into the agency side of the marketing world after he graduates.

Manuella Fontana
Ferreira

Manuella Fontana is a senior majoring in Marketing with a minor in Psychology. She is graduating in May 2024, and hopes to pursue a career in the Consumer Insights field. Manuella formerly served as a Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for AMA, where she promoted and created initiatives with DEI at their core. This previous position, as well as her background as a first-generation immigrant, inspired her to become AMA’s VP of Community and Social Impact. In this role, she aims to continue to foster inclusivity through partnerships with minority focused organizations, both on campus and in the Tallahassee community. Manuella is also the VP of DEI for The Women’s Network, where she helps young women find their footing in the professional world. With both of these roles, she wishes to build a community and find opportunities where there are language, gender, and cultural barriers. She is very passionate about consumer behavior, and hopes to learn more about it after graduation as a consumer insights analyst!

Samuel Kritzmire

VP of Corporate Relations

Alyssa is a senior in the College of Business working towards her bachelor of science in marketing and a minor in psychology. She is a part of the combined pathways program and is planning on receiving an MBA here at FSU next fall. She has been a part of AMA for two years, serving as Vice President of Communications this year. In this position, she is the main source of contact between members through emails and the flare group chat and spreads the word about AMA around campus. Outside of AMA, you can see her on campus with the Lady Spirithunters and with the Student Leadership Council of the College of Business as a mentor.

Samuel Kritzmire is a junior double majoring in Marketing and Finance with a minor in Business Analytics. He is graduating in May 2024 and hopes to then work towards getting his MBA with a focus in marketing. Samuel formerly served as an Account Manager for AMA’s Seminole Solutions as well as VP of Community and Social Impact, where both roles taught him how to lead a team and communicate with employers well, all while using marketing to make an impact for the community. This past summer, Samuel interned with Fisher Investments in Plano, Texas, where he learned how to prioritize clients’ needs in the finance industry. He is very passionate about using marketing heuristics and analytics to evoke emotions and convey a brand’s message to consumers, and he is hoping to gain more experience through an internship in marketing analytics or brand marketing this summer!

 Annie Dixon

Annie Dixon is a current senior pursuing a dual degree in studio-art and marketing, expecting to graduate in May 2024. Her passion for the arts and inspiring creativity motivated her journey to become more involved on campus during her time at Florida State. She currently works as the Vice President of Creative Development for AMA at FSU as well as on the Executive Board for Dance Marathon at FSU as the Merchandise Chair. When not working with her AMA or Dance Marathon teams, she spends her time volunteering within the College of Fine Arts as a Digital Media Lab Assistant, teaching students how to use machinery like 3d printers, laser engravers and milling machines. Post-graduation, Annie hopes to return to her hometown of St. Petersburg, FL in pursuance of a creative marketing role within the community.
